Isbel & Marvin

I was born and raised in southeastern Brazil, where I studied and worked in IT. I came to the US in late 2019 to visit my mother, and when Covid changed everyone’s plans, mine changed too – I stayed. I felt hopeless as my plans to return and pursue my career shifted. Living in Duluth, GA, I discovered downtown Duluth in 2021, where I found comfort in the festivals, the diverse community, and the family-friendly atmosphere. It was there, one evening in early fall, that I happened to meet another Brazilian, Marvin; and that`s how started it. Sometimes life has better plans than we do
